Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Plantrician Project. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 24 – 48 hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the unusual event that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times will vary based upon the service chosen (e.g. Fist Class, Media Mail, Ground, Priority, International, etc...).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The Plantrician Project is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Lost Policy: If you believe your order was damaged during shipping The Plantrician Project requires that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. If you believe your order has been lost during shipping please contact us at info@platricianproject.org and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

International Shipping Policy: The Plantrician Project ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO and International addresses. U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and International addresses often take longer to receive shipped orders than estimated. International packages will not be considered lost until 30 business days after the original ship date.
